Wacky Rig

he wacky worm is simply a floating plastic worm hooked through the middle, allowing both ends to hang loose. It looks ridiculous, but there's a point to this rig. The two loose ends will flutter and flap and wiggle like crazy in the water if you use a jerk-pause-jerk retrieve, and that can often provoke strikes. Just about any floating worm can work with this.
